Job Description:
The Sales Associates overall responsibility is to provide a radical customer experience for each of our guests. As part of the overall role, there are 3 major areas of responsibility: Product, Place and People.
People:Â Embody Fossil’s 6 Core Values by creating radical customer experiences using selling skills and training materials.
Product: Knows best sellers and selling stories, executes merchandising tasks: Floorsets and Plan-o-gram (POG) and demonstrate product knowledge. Maintains high level personal integrity (e.g. adhering to Loss Prevention practices and policies, work published schedule, accurate timekeeping records, etc.) and expects the same of their team.
Place: Achieves personal selling goals and performs operational tasks, cash handling and overall store organization.
