Our team is looking for a part-time sales associate (29 hours/week) must have a passion for customer service, flexible work schedules and outstanding communication skills. Previous retail experience preferred not required.

Job Description:

The Sales Associate is primarily responsible for ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. Performs various sales and register transactions and aids in controlling shrink through customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about fitness activities and fashion.  Ability to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Product: Knows best sellers and selling stories, executes merchandising tasks: Floorsets and Visual standards, demonstrate product knowledge. Maintains high level personal integrity (e.g. adhering to Loss Prevention practices and policies, work published schedule, accurate timekeeping records, etc.) and expects the same of their team.

Place: Achieves personal selling goals and performs operational tasks, cash handling and overall store organization.
