The sales lead is responsible for supporting the management team in achieving store financial goals by demonstrating selling behaviors and floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment and executing operational processes and objectives with company standards and policies.
*Effectively and quickly processes shipments
*Executes markdowns and replenishment process
*Maintains organized stockroom to company standards
*Executes supervisory and visual direction and creates displays to company standards
*1 year of management experience preferred
*Must be 18 years or older
