All Sales Leads/Key Holders will partner with Management to ensure that the operational and financial needs of the business are being met, daily. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assist in leading a team of associates; cash handling transactions; sometimes, but not always, opening and closing registers; processing shipments; adhering to policies and procedures; and help uphold a visually pleasing store.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year specialty retail and sales experience.
• Keenness to drive sales to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Passionate about providing quality customer service to a wide array of clientele.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Quick thinking and problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude is a must!
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
