Our ideal Style Scout is a stylist with a passion to succeed, who loves and understands our products and has an unbelievably friendly and driven demeanor. Exceptional retail customer service and attention to detail will be vital to success in this opportunity.

Ensure the highest level of customer care.
Build relationships with customers and utilize our clientele book.
Help to determine what the customers needs are while also showing the customer items she didn’t even know she needed, but she now wants
Ensure that each customer leaves with a positive impression, feeling good about herself and already thinking about the next time she will come back to Scout & Molly’s
Always answer the phone with proper etiquette
Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the store
Assist with merchandising as well as re-stocking when needed
Uphold all company policies
